Repeated COVID lockdown have brought telework into the life of companies.

For Blacksmith, the remote working experience has been a success, and since then more than half of the team has been working "full-remote", the rest of the team meeting regularly in our offices located in the center of Paris. .

To overcome the lack of physical proximity, it is important to put in place processes and tools to maintain good communication.

For our part, we have thus kept the "daily meeting" where the team meets for fifteen minutes each day at 9:00 a.m. to take stock of the tasks that everyone will be carrying out during the day and to be sure that there is no no blockages on particular points.

Management also holds a bi-monthly one-to-one meeting with each team member to make sure everything is going well and to take and give individual feedback.
